Organise communication, personal visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers

About the Role

This role requires strong teamwork with the Sales/Support team to assist customers and stakeholders with their supply and purchasing requirements.

The role's main duties include:

Assisting and helping a nominated group of customers and stakeholders.

Maintaining and keeping up to date our systems

Develop new business opportunities with our existing clientele and explore new opportunities to create value

Organise communication, personal visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers

What we are looking for in a candidate…

Previous experience with an external facing role that deals with people. This could be but not limited to a customer service role, account management role, stakeholder engagement role, community liaison role or other relationship based role.

Understanding that customers are the centre of everything we do

Excellent computer skills or a willingness to learn new software

Effective communication skills

Immaculate presentation and pride in your work
